According to ESRB, this game contains: Blood, Violence, Language

Parents should be aware that the game involves killing enemy soldiers by either shooting or explosions. Although the game as a whole looks highly realistic, the more violent aspects are in fact relatively tame and non-graphic.
Fans of the original GRAW should enjoy the sequel in so far as it offers a comparable experience to the original. Upgrades include: slightly more polished graphics, full screen view of cross-com, and ability to heal soldiers in the field.
Fans of online multiplayer gaming will appreciate the inclusion of a plethora of multiplayer and co-op modes allowing up to 16 players, a wide variety of maps, and a user friendly Xbox Live interface.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers will have difficulty following the story, as the dialogue is not subtitled. In addition, the player's teammates will sometimes relay helpful communications in the midst of the battles regarding enemy positions. However, the game is still technically playable without audio cues, since the player's next destination is always indicated on screen, and the basic mission objectives are spelled out before each segment.
