I wholeheartedly agree with everything Daniel had to say. DBZ:B2 is a fun, relatively easy to pick up game. It doesn't require weeks/months/years of training to master the your favorite characters ultimate moves (Akira anyone?) which may be its greatest strenth or weakness, depending on your point of view. Personally, I've never been much on memorizing (let alone performing) endless combinations, so I've had a blast. Another fun extra is the "mini-game" involved in some of the most high-powered moves, for example Vegeta's Big Bang attack (you're a fan if you know exactly what I'm talking about) is completed at full power only after a "tug-of-war" style mini-game where you need to rotate your joystick faster than your opponent. Lots of fun and worth picking up for the casual gamer or someone not wanting to invest hundreds of hours to feel like they've mastered a character.
