According to ESRB, this game contains: Mild Violence

Parents have little to fear; this game is about as violent as a Nintendo game. The only thing is that the language is a little more sophisticated than your average Mario game. The clever dialogue and commercials make this a standard Saturday morning cartoon affair.

Platforming fans shouldn't miss out on this one. This game reprises many old-school tricks of the trade, including swimming, grinding, jumping, moving platforms and pattern-based bosses. Anyone looking for something new should still check it out, but must keep in mind that the game is a refinement of the genre, not a revolution. Don't be fooled by the generic character design-this game is a gift of love and hard work.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers should have no trouble playing the game because subtitles are available to guide you through the well-acted voiceovers.
