LOW The track creator needs a lot more work on the interface.

WTF There's no "real" racing in any of the modes.

HIGH Getting to finally see how Adol Christin became a cult icon in the world of gaming.

LOW Wandering the temple at the end of Ys II for hours on end because it's so easy to get lost.

WTF Half of the items you find in the game are useless unless you're bored and want to screw around. I never once found a reason to use "magic of stop-time".

LOW Shallow, repetitive game design that grows stale almost immediately.

WTF Most of the game has been cannibalized from Master of the Monster Lair.

HIGH The steady unfolding of plot and character development that makes me feel like I'm watching a movie.

LOW The lukewarm battle system that makes me feel like I'm watching a movie.

WTF One of the witches our hero can be "engaged" to—complete with wedding gown—is 12 years old.
