Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 2

Game Description: Ghost Recon 2 brings in new graphics and advanced gameplay options, as you take command again in this incredible shooter-strategy game. Communicate silently with teammates through hand signals, to quietly trap your enemies.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 2 – Review

The game boasts fifteen missions, and with a title like Ghost Recon 2 (GR2), most players would probably expect to spend a lot of time sneaking around. Those players would also be wrong. The "Ghost" squad rarely relies on stealth, and functions more like an elite team of combat specialists than a reconnaissance team.

Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords

Game Description: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords is the next chapter to Knights of the Old Republic saga. It's five years after the first game and the Jedi are being crushed by the Sith. The twisted wreck named Darth Sion will bring down the Republic, unless a lone Jedi can reconnect with the Force. You will guide this Jedi and make an important decision: Do you follow the Light or succumb to the Dark?

Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords – Review

Star Wars is without a doubt one of the most popular and powerful franchises in Hollywood history, and you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who hasn't at least heard of it. It's nothing less than a cultural juggernaut, and along with that comes the expectations of the legions of fans that have supported it for decades.

Half-Life 2 Review

Half-Life 2 Screenshot

I think that I'm impossible to please when it comes to video games. When I play a terrible game, I take an almost ecstatic glee in pointing out all the many, many ways in which the developers screwed up. When faced with a nearly perfect game, on the other hand, I start to nitpick, and search for tiny mistakes to grouse about, as if admitting that the existence of perfection somehow invalidated my worldview.

The Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time – Second Opinion

In his review, Brad really nailed the chicken/egg relationship between Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and ICO. ICO is one of my favorite games of all time, and it's the game I've used when trying to demonstrate to disbelievers that yes, videogames can be art. And until Sands of Time came out, it was the only game ever made that I felt comfortable referring to as beautiful.

The Bard's Tale

Game Description: The Bard's Tale was the great-grandfather of modern-day Computer role-players. This updated version brings back the fun and adventure, as you play The Bard -- a hero who's only after coins and cleavage. Is a dragon attacking a village? He'll face it, for the right price. Has a princess been kidnapped? He'll save her, but only if she's hot. Comedy and fantasy action combine for a uniqe 3D role-playing experience!
