According to ESRB, this game contains: Violence

Parents have nothing to worry about.  Unless PTA groups are worried that kids will poke each other until they are black and blue, the "violence" in the warning for Point Blank DS is a misnomer. While bullet sounds abound, nothing beyond a cardboard cutout is damaged.

Shooter fans should give this one a rental, but chances are they already own a Gun-Con controller.

Casual gamers—a surprisingly large contingent of the DS audience—could give this one a whirl, but only because it is a fairly simple game with no learning curve.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers can play Point Blank DS without any trouble; the game is completely visual. Most gamers will likely turn off the sound anyway.
