According to the ESRB, this game contains: Cartoon Violence, Crude Humor

Parents don't have anything to worry about. There is no real violence, no sexual content, and no questionable language. There are a few instances of monkeys hitting one another with a frying pan or of monkeys getting run over by bulls, but that's about as far as it goes. The difficulty level might ramp up a bit too steeply for young ones towards the end, but it's pretty safe stuff.

PSP owners who are sad they missed out on WarioWare would be better off buying a GameBoy and the original material. This game is a sad ripoff, and nowhere near as unique, interesting, or addicting.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Gamers will not have any problem. The game comes with text for all dialogue, and most of the games are extremely simple and visually focused so there are no significant auditory cues. It may be an abortive waste of time, but it is accessible.
