Anyone looking for loads of blood and gore should go elsewhere. Donkey Kong 64 is all about family entertainment and parents will definitely not have much to complain about here. It doesnt get much tamer than Donkey Kong 64. Though there is the matter of one of the game's 'helpers' named Candy Kong, who looks like a simian Britney Spears (with even bigger 'implants'), but it's not that big of a deal.

Banjo-Kazooie fans may want to rent Donkey Kong 64 first. The similarities may be too close for those who looking to really get the most from their purchases. But I suggest keeping an open mind as Donkey Kong 64 is a great game in spite of that.

Platform fans, this game is for you. It has all the mad-capped gaming you will love and its not hard on the eyes. There are a few issues with the control, as when walking on tight ledges but its not anything major.
