The ESRB reports that this game contains: Mild Violence

Parents should evaluate this game on a case-by-case basis. Technically, there is minimal mature material in Advance Wars, as shown by its E rating, but this is a case where the warning system could be a failure for some. This game deals with the subject of war in a cute and often amusing fashion some parents would probably not appreciate their children being exposed to such a cavalier attitude towards armed combat, and would be advised to not buy the game for their children if they are not ready to have an involved discussion with them about the realities of battle.

Strategy game lovers should already have this, but if you don't, it's worth buying the Game Boy Advance just to get your hands on this cart alone.

Gamers in general are urged to check it out it's a gaming experience of the purest kind, and with the ability to create your own maps and play multi-player, it's got great replay value.

Dead and Hard of Hearing gamers will not miss much aside from the peppy and occasionally aggravating soundtrack.
