Piloting

Armored Core 2: Another Age

Game Description: Five years have passed in the Armored Core story line. The government of earth is rebuilding after the destruction it suffered during the coup led by Leos Klain, Martian rebel. Heavy casualties have resulted in a brain drain, leaving technology and science to languish. Clearly vulnerable, the government mounts an armament campaign. In an environment such as this, an underground of mercenary factions flourishes. Enter the Ravens, the pilot wing of the Armored Core. They battle in government skirmishes, as well as public arenas, for profits, much like Rome's gladiators. If you can become a high-ranking Raven, your influence will reach beyond the public to affect the fate of the planet. Your mission then is to rise through the Raven ranks and chart a destiny for earth.

Zone of the Enders – Review

Enders got off to a wonderful start, showed flashes of innovation and potential, but at last it ends up sinking under the weight of its own monotonous gameplay. It's not enough for Enders to only resemble an anime. It would have truly benefited from being more of a game. Rating

Zone of the Enders – Consumer Guide

According to ESRB, this game contains: Animated Blood, Animated Violence

Zone of the Enders

Game Description: The humans living on Antilia, a colony orbiting the planet Jupiter, think of themselves as Enders, as they're essentially at the end, or furthest reach, of human civilization. After a sudden attack by a fanatical Martian military regime known as the Z.O.E., Ender Leo Stenbuck finds himself with access to the one weapon that can save Antilia: a mechanized attack vehicle called an orbital frame. In Zone of the Enders, you'll command the orbital frame against several robotic opponents. The game features agile 3-D movement, both in the air and on land, and smart camera work that keeps your opponent in view during the most intense, furious battles. The game also comes with a playable demo of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty.

Star Wars Starfighter – Consumer Guide

Star Wars Starfighter – Second Opinion

What kind of strange hold does Star Wars and LucasArts have over this industry? With every Star Wars game release, the video game industry salivates. It doesn't even matter that we get stinkers like Shadows Of The Empire, Jedi Power Battles and many of the other forgettable releases, the next announcement always brings more cheers from the press as if it were the first. It's no more evident than with Star Wars: Starfighter.

Star Wars Starfighter – Review

While Starfighter succeeds in delivering accessible gameplay and superb technical elements, it ultimately lacks personality.

Gungriffon Blaze

Game Description: In a post-apocalyptic future where the nations of the world have splintered into numerous unstable factions, only the powerful Western Alliance can bring peace and stability once more. With an arsenal of powerful AGWS-class infiltration units at their disposal, these battle-hardened warriors have what it takes to rip off a quick CHM round and sketch the less-skilled predatory scum of the New World Order.

Gungriffon Blaze – Second Opinion

Playing Gungriffon Blaze, I definitely agree with Chi when he said that almost everything is done wrong here. The offenses taken separately by themselves aren't anything that would ruin a normal game, but there are just so many individual pieces that don't work. When you add them all up it makes for a pretty miserable experience, and a game that does not deserve to be purchased under any circumstances.
