Ok, I got another one to add to the list. I finally got around to finishing up Pikmin. I wsa looking over my shelf last night and thought I'd get back into Pikmin, being that it's been almost a year since I played it last. The sign of a great game is one that you can let that amount of time go by and pick it up in a matter of seconds and that's exactly what happened. My game save had 22 of the 30 parts for the spaceship. I got it up to 29 last night before going to bed and got that 30th piece just now.
Time to mess around with the game's Challenge Mode.

I've finished Deus Ex several times, doing stealth, rifles, and heavy weapons. I also beat WWE: Samckdown! Here Comes The Pain, and Battlefield 1942. Those are my most recent

I beat Skyblazer for the SNES yesterday. It's only an hour and a half long at the very most, and it's really easy, but it's just so satisfying to play. The level design is sheer genius throughout. The music isn't half bad and the graphics are really nice plus it has a pretty cool main character.
I get the feeling this game is where Sony (the game is made by them) first came up with the idea for their controller. The passwords consist of triangles, circles, squares and x's. Each character corresponds to a button on the SNES pad, but it's a mirror image of the actual PS pad. For example, triangle is the bottom button and X is the top.

I sort of beat the games MTV Music Generator 1 and 2 and MAGIX Music Maker... I figured out how to record my music!
If you guys want the Low Emissions LP you can pick it up for the low, low price of $23.99... if you're a friend, I'll help you out... $18.99!!

I beat Amplitude on "Normal" a few nights ago. I really liked Frequency and saw Amplitude (mistakenly) labelled for $9.99 at Circuit City. They had to sell it to me at that price. Pretty fun, but I definitely prefer the music in Frequency, much of the crap in Amp is what I complain about on the radio (the "rock rappers" and such, ugh. I find myself going out of the way to avoid activating the vocals track at times).

Congrats Jwe8k, and I agree completely about the music in Freq being better. Are you going to try it on brutal or insane modes? I did... and got my ass handed to me, especially on the Blink-182 song. Toooo fast for me.

I just beat R-Type Final. Nifty game, but I still have a ton of ships to unlock...

I'm already working on brutal. I beat Frequency on the equivalent of brutal (can't remember if they used the same names). It was just that. I absolutely love games that really challenge me to hit the right combo of buttons at the right time while shit's flying at me fast. One of my all-time favorite games, Battletoads, was famous for this. The most recent F-Zero's another good example.

SNES has some pretty fun games, such as super metroid, the best of te seties in my opinion. Also, it has some pretty good final fantasys.

Hey Mike_B, was R Type Final as brutal as Delta was on the SNES? I've always entertained the thought of picking up Final, and while I like a challenge, I could forsee much frustration with this one.
