Needforspeed prostreet HELP!!

I just bought a new pc game called Need for speed prostreet and I was trying to install it and when it asked for the product key number, I entered it. Then I get a message saying that the product key number was invalid. I entered it 4 times and I got the same message. I know I entered the product key number right. What do I do now?

What do you mean use a coaster? I don't know what a coaster is.

Return it to the store and ask your money back or for a replacement copy. Otherwise call EA customer support. The number should be somewhere in the manual.

p.s.: a coaster is something you place under a hot or cold beverage to prevent said beverage to ruin the table.

thx, I probably have to do that. I know what that kind of a coaster is, I thought he was using as a computer term or something along that line. It didn't connect to my brain right away that he meant that way. lol!
