i can't get past the shuffle board i can't even play all i have is a ice hook and a glass of water, help

We are on the first level where the husband was having tea & the kitchen. Every room we have gone in, (after finding the all the stuff, tells us there is nothing more to accomplish. Yet, the game isn't advancing. What are we missing? Thanks!

I am stuck at the pad lock in the equipment room. Anyone have an idea which way to turn the lock?

No key needed. You have to raise the water level in the squash court so that it's almost full (4 lines) then the racket will float and you will be able to use the racket with the ping pong balls in the engine room.

where are the ping pong balls??? and racket????

you need to put the glass of water on the dessert cart to freeze. come back and get it to make your ice puck for shuffleboard. Next you need to use the ice hook to open the locker in the hospital

if you get the 1st number but miss the second don't turn it the other way, you can keep going to try to hit it

your not supposed to use a napkin at all...u have to use the library card then take the sugar to the coat room lock
