Guitar Hero 3 III Tips, Help, Tricks, Hints Cheat Codes and Strategy

I have the SAME probablym, except I can't beat Raining Blood on EASY!!! I've gotten to (the most,) 74%, and the whole time I was struggling for life!!!

practice mode really helps. focus on that one solo sort of near the end and SAVE YOUR STAR POWER. if your good enough, you should have full star power wen u reach the solo. strum really fast and do those triplet notes as fast as you can. Hope this helps!

i have the same problem. when i battle with slash he hits me with whammy and he always wins . how to escape whammy for PC ??

I can pass Raining Blood on expert (barely) but does anyone have any tips for one on expert i can play everything except the solo which is impossible

Practice. if you practice you can just keep playing and playing until you've perfected your style

When I turn on my PS2, the game takes FOREVER (literally 3 minutes) and then, on the main screen, there's no wording. There's just the outline of the words. If I hit where Career would be, there's still no letters. The whole game is just blank. I tried erasing the memory, I tried cleaning the disc. my console, but nothing seems to work. If you guys have any ideas, please help me out. Thanks.

how do you beat lou in guitar hero 3 for pc? I dont know how to launch an attack on any boss in battle mode, using my pc. Somebody please help? Thanks.

(Xbox 360 only)
1. Log in on a different profile.
2. Go to cheats and turn on Easy Expert and No Fail
3. Play a song on Expert in Quickplay for 20-30 seconds
4. Quit song
5. Log in to regular profile and go to career
6. Play the battle and his meter will instantly drain

I know its hard to believe but i just did it today

This is correct but if i may add, wait untill your meter is in yellow then use the star power while strumming rapiddly.

all you need to do is stop playing any notes (you cant anyway) and keep pushing the whammy bar up and down as fast as you can. as i have been playing guitar hero for a year and a bit now, i can get rid of that attack in about 1-2 seconds
