How on Earth does the EDK Techvolt work/what is it doing?
I don't get the weapon. I get that it's lightning and it chains to multiple enemies in multiplayer, but I never know if i'm doing any damage to anything. Sometimes someone I get my 200 pts and others I get gunned down after frying an Infiltrator for 20 seconds. How is this weapon used, optimal range, and which perks work best on it for everyone else?
