need to buy the airport guide from the shop first to enable the shortcuts then you also need to progress thougth the game far to be able to visit the sabatuer
once you have the airport guide open it and any red shortcuts mean you have not advanced far egnoth to be able to use the services of the shortcuts keys
i havent got far egnoth to visit the sabatuer yet myself
but i know that i tryed to visit the ad agency from the airport guide and i could not enter it just like when you try to walk upto the door and open it
