Are all American high school students this stupid?

You may have seen this video last week where a high schooler named Austin asked fellow classmates basic questions that any high school student in the US should know.

The responses of (most of) these students show a severe lack of understanding of the things that they should be studying. You can't assume that all high school students are this inept, but I'm sure we all know students like these--ignoramuses that our schools are pushing out the door and off into the world.

Everyone who views this video says it is so sad you don't know whether to laugh or cry. Let me know what you think.

Btw: So far there is only one video posted to the Lunch Scholars channel. I figure all of the kids have gotten wise to Austin's game and either won't participate or have threatened to beat him to death if he continues.
