Lucidity

Xbox live "Lucidity" demo:

Oh man. I love everything about this game... except the gameplay.

It has a styled background like japanese watercolor, Quaint fairytale music, and an adorable main character.

The game has the briefest of story introductions, that lets you jump right into the game. And then the gameplay just smacks you right in the face.

Its one of these games, where you don't control the main character. Instead, you place objects in their path, in order to help them avoid obstacles.

But the objects are fixed. And the places where you are supposed to put them are predetermine. So its not about imagination or inventive ways of doing things, its just a matter of recognizing the piece you have and where it goes.

Booo!

Re: Lucidity

Yeah, it was a waste of a great art style. If there was any game that I wish would get a do-over it's this one.
