Have you talked to Kakashi yet? There should be a blue scroll over his head. If you've, then go to the training field (go through one of the gates that lead to the forest). Once you're in there, you'll see a tree a little bit to the right side with a sign next to it. All you need to do is to use chakra concentration to climb it and get through the tree-jumping and then you'll get to the Forest of Death place.

i've talked 2 kakashi he doesn't have a scroll or nothing over his head its just blank nobody has a mission its confusing

Do you have any active missions, then? Hold X and see if there's any. If not, then I've no clue.

On social mission 21, I have to race to the top of a mountain, I get to one spot but it is impossible to get up. The spot is when you are at the waterfall and have to jump up on a ledge, but it doesn't let me, I have tried everything, please help!!!

at the forest of death tower, i am stuck. it says to get a heaven scroll, but i cannot move away from the tower grounds nor is there anything to do nor anywhere to go! please help!

You have to buy level three with training points from one of the masters and make sure that you don't press the button too slow or too fast.
