Ultra Rare Orange Halo Edition Xbox found at a swap meet.

Not sure if he's going to keep it, though he did mention receiving quite a few offers already, including one that was $15K.

That's a pretty sweet looking console.

15k? Wow!
But ok, if it's really a unique item. Some collectors have their hobby and passion. Fine for them if its fun for them.

I wonder why consoles are not more often in transparent cases.

I love automatic watches with glass back plates and skeleton fronts. Electronics pieces without moving parts are hardly as interesting but (vaguely) seeing the inside tech is still nice.
Although probably nothing i want to palce beside the TV.
