OK. You have it all wrong. Though at first Sephiroth was the puppet of Jenova you find that sephiroth has become his own. Here is the proof. Sephiroth works at the logic of a normal human being. If Jenova were to still have control Sephiroth would be psycotic and his logic would be of something none human. second when you destroy Jenova Sephiroth is still at full power and he is unaffected. If you statment were to have been true then Sephiroth would have most likely died along with it. Look at it this way. Sephiroth was born with the Jenova cells in him alowing himself to adapt to Jenova. Jenova didn't control Sephiroth it was the other way. Sephiroth was so powerful he overcame Jenova and eventualy took over him. So stop refering Sephiroth as Jenova when in fact he is his own person.
