It was the relentless respawning of enemies that got me. I'd actually have preferred little to no action whilst travelling inbetween missions (or, ideally, just enemies that stayed dead, and for the occasional outpost to be kept). Unfortunately, that was a big enough problem for me to not enjoy the game as a whole. Really liked the buddy system. I'm still sort of looking forward to Far Cry 3, really hope the issues I mention are sorted.
