You can set a static ip for the Xbox using the next available number after 192.168.2.1, or 192.168.1.1
I've set a static IP for my PS3 as .4, but I just use automatic IP for the 360.
The easiest way to find out what your IP for your PC is, is to open up a command prompt and enter
ipconfig. It should tell you the ip of your PC and the gateway/router IP.
