Re: How popular is Cricket & Rugby in the UK?

EA Sports abandoning a console is defiantly a bad sign. No matter if someone is interested in sports games or not.

I am not sure if the Wii U is completely dead in the water. I bet Nintendo has a...

Re: How popular is Cricket & Rugby in the UK?

I probably could have seen a Fiorentina game since I was in Florence too. Beautiful city although my trip to Italy was a mixed bag.

It is easy to get tired of a sport if you are over-saturated...

Re: Post here when you beat a game. I mean it!

Red Dead is a game that I really want to play over again. In my top 10 of this generation.

I am sure we'll have a top ten of this generation on this forum soon since the next gen is on the horizon.

Finished Bioshock Infinite

Really bothers by what a waste of potential this game is. It has a lot going for it, but ultimately fell flat. The ending was cheap.

Once the hype wears off I think...

Re: How popular is Cricket & Rugby in the UK?

I watched a little bit of a Sri Lanka cricket match on the ESPN app on the 360. Not enough to fully understand it.

I would say that a game that lasts a few days is weird, but that really isn't...

How popular is Cricket & Rugby in the UK?

For the people who live in that region, how popular are those sports? Just curious.

Information on the EPL and football in other areas is easily available on mainstream sports websites in the US,...

Re: What are you playing right now?

I haven't quit any of the games I recently started. I just have very little free time and a lot of interests. The reason I start so many games is because I am curious.

It is pretty pathetic....

Re: What are you playing right now?

I thought I'd contribute a little more and picked up Pandora's Tower and Soul Hackers. What can I say? I am an overachiever:p

Sad thing is I haven't been able to play more than 5 hours of any of...

Re: What are you playing right now?

Not bad, but defiantly overhyped. The main draw to the game is its aesthetics. It is a pretty game in a great location. Both the melee and gun mechanics are not that satisfying.

POSSIBLE SPOILER...

Re: What are you playing right now?

I don't have a lot of time for games, yet I keep buying them. Here is what I have played little of with a quick first impression:

Ni no Kuni: A modern 16 bit style RPG. Some people are going to be...

Re: Best 'Current Gen' memories?

Smaller digital games and online gaming on consoles have been the biggest improvements in this generation. Sure we had online gaming in past generations, but it really matured in this generation on...

Re: 2013

DP was one of those game that had so many things wrong with it, but it is still outstanding. 99% better than most games on the market.

Games still have a lot of uncharted paths to go down in terms...

Re: Game of the Year - preliminary discussion

I don't care about zombies that much, but looovvve The Walking Dead TV show. It is really more about the characters than the zombies.

The first two seasons are on Netflix, so watch it.

The...

Re: Game of the Year - preliminary discussion

I'll be doing the math, so you better add my 0 points!

Here are my top 5:

1. Sleeping Dogs - It is the modern Double Dragon in an open world. Both the driving and hand to hand combat were a lot...

Re: Game of the Year - preliminary discussion

This year is weird. While there are plenty of games I really liked, none of them stand out as clear GOTY. I am sure my GOTY is out there it will probably be May be for I discover it. I have a pretty...

Re: PS2 hidden gems & underrated games

Okami is on PSN as Okami HD. FF X HD was announced awhile ago, but has not been released yet. Probably takes a lot of work in the back end to get it to work.

Hope Game Publishers See This Poll

GameFaqs did a poll today asking if gender in the lead character matter to you. Only 1.89% of the people responded saying that they refuse to play a game as a female.

Re: PS2 hidden gems & underrated games

You been away from the PS3 way too long. There are around 40 PS2 titles on PSN now. I downloaded Persona 3 Fez and Odin Sphere for $5 a few weeks ago.

None of these titles (except Beyond Good &...

Re: Nintendo's "Wii U Experience"

Three reasons I bought a Wii U:
1. Curiosity
2. I buy all...

Re: Nintendo's "Wii U Experience"

I'll be able to report on the "experience" soon since I picked one up today. The control pad is charging at this moment. Maybe Sunday I'll have something to say.
