Far Cry 3

Mostly good fun. Lame boss battles and a tacked-on last 30 minutes of endgame material spoiled it a bit. Lots of potential if they build from this on the next installment. No replay...

Ran through Borderlands again with a new class I have yet to try (soldier). Can't wait for BL 2!

I don't think the first one was lacking, but there was room for improvement. Easily one of my favorite games of 2009.

I fully expect Borderlands 2 will meet or exceed my expectations. 58 hour...

Well, there are a few "kill X many of this creature" type quests, which are good. You are most likely going to kill at least X of each anyhow, so may as well get some more experience for that.

Indeed. I share the same sentiment as you, save for the fact that I did NOT complete the game. Nothing that you do in the first 98% of the game prepares you for the horde of enemy forces they throw...
