Not everyone is as keen on assisting you in your noble quest to over throw the Corporation and bring freedom back to the city. The Corporation's Peacekeepers are on the lookout for troublemakers and could put an end to your mission in a hurry. In addition to Peacekeepers, there is the matter of dealing with roving gangs that are all to happy to take part in the mayhem and get a piece of you in the process. The gangs are of course territorial with such names as the 3rd Street Killaz (East Side) and the Jade Hill Gang (Chinatown). If you are smart, you can turn the tables on them. Goat them into following you into a rival gang's turf and you can spark a gang war—which leads to more death and destruction—or trick them into fighting the Corporation's Peacekeepers or even each other.
