Bustin' makes me feel really, really good

HIGH It feels exactly like playing a never-released Ghostbusters movie.

LOW Bill Murray has a few good lines, but mostly phones in his performance.

WTF The last level is the weakest, most trite in the entire game.

Although I haven't had as much game time as usual lately, I was able to sneak in a few sessions with Ghostbusters: The Video Game on PlayStation 3.

I haven't checked any FAQs, but I'd estimate I'm about halfway through or so—before I started, I was hoping that the game would be at least decent, but I'm quite glad to report that it's actually fantastic. Without a doubt, it's certainly among the best license-based games ever created, if not the best. Besides that, it's great just as a game, license or not.

Although I certainly think anyone would be able to enjoy the action, I'd guess that it's at least twice as good for people (like me) who are fans of the film.

Stylish and stylized, Aeon Flux is one of the more unusual additions to the Basement since it's an extremely rare animal—a licensed game that succeeds thanks to developers who took the time to understand their subject before crafting a gameplay experience that's the perfect interactive extension of the characters and world it's based on.

It's kind of despicable, but still fun to play.

It is with a heavy heart and more than a little reluctance that I publicly admit that, yes, I actually liked RoadKill. I enjoyed the game far more than I thought I would; enjoyed it far more than I probably should have.
