Grand Theft Auto Fans who'd like to knock their hell-raising up to the next level would do well to check this one out. The addition of Psi-Ops style telekinesis and collapsible buildings to the playfield adds an interesting wrinkle to the wanton destruction.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers should have no real trouble with the game. Instructions are all clearly written out on screen, but much of the incidental dialogue isn't, creating a mixed experience.
