Parents might be wary of the Teen rating, but I'm at a loss as to how this game really earned it. The game's lyrics have been sanitized in the few instances where an offensive word might have been, and the female characters aren't any more scantily clad than what you'd find in many other games. Heck, there aren't even any groupies...

Music game fans will want to pick this up immediately. It's the same Guitar Hero we've been playing for a few years now, only with a few minor additions. That doesn't make it any less fun. The difficulty curve can be a bit brutal on expert (and to a lesser degree, hard), but there's a ton of replay value to be had here.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers can technically play the game (since it features scrolling notes onscreen), but will be missing out by not hearing the music. The tutorials feature voiced instruction that doesn't have subtitles.
