What are you eating for lunch?

BBQ chicken from our own grill and pan fried fish with a large side of frozen veggies (peppers, corn, carrots, etc). Frozen veggies are God-sent prepping for lunch everyday. Got a bananna and Atkins peanut butter chocolate granola bar for afternoon snack.

I had a turkey sandwich and a cherry coke. My wife added a slice of cantelope to her lunch.

Tonight I'm having homemade fried chicken and potato salad.

What's an OJ?

I usually have an egg mayo sandwiches for lunch, but sometimes I get so sick of them that I go out and eat the typical Filipino style budget lunch combo (1 cup of rice with 2 viands and an 8 oz. Iced Tea)

Since I lost all this weight, I tend to eat the same stuff for breakfast/lunch/snack every day.

Today was no exception. Tuna on lavash bread with tiger sauce (which is some weird sauce they sell at Wal-Mart--it's pretty tasty), a Dannon Activia yogurt, an EAS low carb protein shake, and a Nature Valley Oats and Honey granola bar.

The lunch of champions...

I'm with Mike for eating the same stuff for lunch. Ham sandwich, sliced very thin, cheese, lettuce, ketchup along with a banana and some more fruit, either strawberries, grapes, raisins, or cherries, and some times an oatmeal bar. Milk to wash it down.

Why are you on a diet? And what kind of diet are you doing?

The same thing every day? Ew. Thats just nasty. Don't you get bored with it? I could never have the same thing day after day.

Today I make grilled cheese sandwhiches made with sharp (old) cheddar cheese and a slice of pepper jack cheese. and tomato soup.

Ate three McDonald's snack wraps today. Not very healthy, but my weight is under control. Amazing how the Mac Snack wrap taste just like a Big Mac without the bun, so I guess its a semi-healthier alternative.
